Dream is a 56-inch mammoth riding donkey with a great handle and a steady mind. On a recent ride, we took advantage of the low river to work through deep sand, giving him experience with different footing. He also rode through an area heavily populated with wild hogs, staying calm and focused the entire time.

During training sessions, I focus on softness and precision, and Dream has responded well. He’s learning to move his front and hind end with ease, break at the poll while standing, and back up with correct form. He’s coming along nicely and continues to improve with every ride.
